Order Cancellations

We are unable to process order cancellations. If you have placed an order and wish to exchange the item please contact us at hello@candyclawclips.com and we would be more than happy to help.


Secure Online Payment

We accept credit card and debit card payment through 'Stripe'. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. The Purchaser should see a solid padlock in their browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full, and authorised online by MasterCard® SecureCode or Verified by Visa®.


Product Availability

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given. Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either 1. confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or 2. retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund.


Returns 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return when you shop with us. Any clip that has not been used, worn or damaged can be refunded for it’s original price.

Unworn, unused products can be returned for a refund of the product cost. Returns are accepted within two weeks of the customer receiving the package. The customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees.


Returning a part of your order:

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the opportunity to send one or more items back, even if they are purchased in one order.

Note that you do not get the shipping costs back if you regret some of your purchase.

 

Exchange

The best way for you to receive your desired item(s) as our customer, is to first return the item you purchased. Then once the return is accepted, make a new separate purchase for the new item.


Warranty 

In the case that you receive your order and it is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect goods, it is imperative that you notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse all monies, less any charges, paid by you for those goods.

Clips that are damaged can be replaced within 30 days of the delivery. Please contact us at hello@candyclawclips.com with a photo and explanation of the damaged goods.
